Cobra Emerging From a Hole

Snakes are a fact of life and will usually leave you alone if undisturbed. I spotted this snake going in to the hole and waited for it to emerge. I think its a cobra but I didn't enquire too closely. We have a no-kill policy with snakes, preferring instead to usher them firmly but politely to the borders.
