Bamboo Trail

At the start, the trail to Khun Korn Waterfall passes through thick bamboo groves, generally a sign of secondary growth following removal of the original hardwood covering. Interestingly, recent research has shown secondary forest such as this contains a greater variety of species than virgin forest.
